I don’t follow exercise trends. I stay up to date on the latest scientific research from leading bodies in the field, such as the American College of Sports Medicine. I apply this evidence to my training workouts to help you get the results you are after.

Fun-driven
Exercise should be fun to help you stick with it. I am qualified in teaching circuit training, spinning, and outdoor fitness. I practice kickboxing and rock climbing. I will help you find the exercise variety that will keep you engaged.

Health-focused
My Level 4 specialisation is on diabetes and obesity management, and I have also qualified in exercise referral, sports conditioning, and life coaching. My goal is to help you improve your health as you improve your fitness.
