A 1-hour introductory session for you to get a taste of the training that I can provide before committing to a package. If you sign up to a package straight after the taster, you get free sessions!
The step-up
5 hours
A total of five 1-hour sessions (once per week for 5 weeks) if you want to kickstart your fitness journey. Includes initial consultation to discuss goals, likes/dislikes, and body composition measurements.
The game-changer
10 hours
A total of ten 1-hour sessions (2 times per week for 5 weeks) if you want to start building your strength and fitness. Includes initial consultation to discuss goals, likes/dislikes, and body composition measurements.
The knock-out
15 hours
A total of fifteen 1-hour sessions (3 times per week for 5 weeks) if you want an intense training programme to challenge yourself. Includes initial consultation to discuss goals, likes/dislikes, and body composition measurements.
